"I think our church takes very seriously the commitment we make to children and babies who are baptized here. Children are nurtured and cared for and are raised in this great community of believers."
The children's program at Trinity seeks to nurture our youngest members in an atmosphere of Christian love throughout their growing years. Children receive individualized care and attention from all of us. We have a nursery that is staffed during Sunday morning worship by a paid college student who offers continuity and personal attention to our children. It is always a pleasure to hear the children's excited voices drifting up the stairwell as they join us in the sanctuary for the children's time during Sunday morning worship. It reminds us what it means to enter the presence of God like a child. Trinity is highly intergenerational, and children are always welcome at any service, celebration or church function. In this way, our children experience from an early age the fullness and diversity of our church family. We also have events specifically for children, such as Children's Church during Sunday morning worship, Vacation Bible School, and a Spring festival.
