"In coming to Trinity, I found a family, not a big church that has the accepted people and the 'others.' I love this church and come to every worship service I can."
Trinity's youth group continues the goal of nurturing our young people in an atmosphere of Christian love. The emphasis is on relationships; to God, to self, to peers and to adults in the congregation. Two Wake Forest University students, lead Bible study. Trinity youth have opportunities to express their faith through participation in worship by performing puppet shows, skits, and choral readings. They are encouraged and supported in sharing their own personal gifts through music, dance and art. Trinity youth are active in community service. They have helped raise funds for Habitat for Humanity. They participate every year in Crop Walk and Souper Bowl of Caring fundraisers to help combat hunger. |
