Trinity is an open and affirming, intergenerational church who, through the gospel of Jesus Christ and with the Spirit, embodies God’s love, builds community and works toward justice.
We take the bible seriously, but not necessarily literally. We listen for what God is saying to us today while understanding the bible’s historical and literary context.
We believe children are not only our future, but more, they are our present.
We believe that God has given all of us gifts that God expects us to use to help transform the world into a more loving and caring place.
We believe that our job as followers of Christ is to combat systems of injustice, such as racism, sexism, homophobia and other forms of systemic violence that harms and oppresses others and our world.
